Do we return items?

We are a donate store only with the exceptions of designer labels-minks, etc. We donate to love street ministries-we also donate to Focus On Home.These are great places that help in our communities-we will give a tax receipt for donated items.

Consignment period?

60 days-pricing is at our discretion-we have 20%-50% sales then our end of season sale-at this time the item has reached 60 days and becomes the property of the store. We return items that qualify as high end.

What % does the consignor receive?

Consignors receive 45%-designer labels, furniture and household items-is 50/50% split.

If you are unable to pick up your designer labels or furniture within the 60 days don’t leave it.

Do you send out checks?

We do not send checks out-it is your responsibility to collect account balance.

Accounts inactive for one year will be closed and any payment due to you will be forfeited.

Store policies?

We reserve the right to donate any unusable items.

We have a small staff and so much room-we can’t guarantee sales-the guidelines are to make your consignment experience more profitable.

We accept women's, men's, children’s Jewelry-( Brand-Size-condition matters)

Our contract policies have been in effect since November 15, 2000.

Store Hours:

Monday-Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

changes for any reason will be posted to voicemail and a sign on our door

Guidelines for buying and selling

Brand, size and condition will make your consignment experience profitable (Excellent condition Designer labels) clothes from the better department stores and boutiques labels. Currant styles 3 years or less, Please (Note) we will not put out shoes or bags that are dirty or scuffed up-clothes dirty, worn any item unbranded all will be donated. (Note) we will no longer put out blazers that are not high end-no wedding dresses. please make sure that your items are clean and in season. Again current styles.
